Invoice due-date calculator
Work out when an invoice is due from its date and its terms - Net 30, 30 days end of month, or the 20th of the following month - and the working day the money will actually move. Free, with no sign-up.
Working days come from the open-source python-holidays data. Nothing you type is kept.
Questions people ask
What does "30 days end of month" mean?
Thirty days after the last day of the month the invoice is dated in. An invoice dated 10 March on those terms is due on 30 April.
What if the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday?
The due date stays what the terms say; choose a location and the calculator also shows the next working day, which is when a bank will move the money.
Are there limits on payment terms in India?
For a buyer paying a micro or small enterprise, the MSMED Act caps agreed terms at 45 days, and section 43B(h) lets the buyer deduct the cost only once it is paid within them.
