How is GST taken out of a price that includes it?
The price is divided by 1.1, and the GST is what is left: 1/11 of the price.
What is the GST rate?
GST is 10% on most supplies. Some are GST-free, such as most exports of services, and some are input-taxed.
Is it rounded per line or on the total?
This works out the GST on the amount you enter, rounded once to the cent, the way a ReliTime tax invoice rounds each line.
