Moving from WorkflowMax
ReliTime is timesheets, approvals, job costing and Indian GST invoicing for consultancies that bill clients by project and phase. If you are moving from WorkflowMax, your clients, jobs, tasks, rates and past timesheets can come with you from WorkflowMax’s own CSV exports.

Invoices, quotes, leave and costs are not imported. An invoice you have issued stays the tax document it is.
Download the clients, jobs, job tasks, staff and timesheets lists as CSV files. You can bring them all at once, or clients and jobs first and history later.
Everyone whose rates or timesheets you bring needs a ReliTime account first, because people are matched by email. Somebody who has left is invited as inactive.
An administrator chooses the files and presses Check. Nothing is written yet: you see how many clients, jobs, tasks and rates will be created, and the hours and dates the history covers.
Pressing Import creates all of it or none of it. If any row is wrong, every problem is listed by file and row number, so one round of fixes is enough.

For a consultancy that records time against jobs and invoices under Indian GST, yes. ReliTime covers timesheets, approvals, rates, work in progress, budgets and GST invoicing. It does not do quotes or connect to an accounting package, so if you rely on those, check that before moving.

They are kept as a read-only archive. They count against job, phase and task budgets, so a job moved halfway through shows the hours it has already used. They are never billed again, because those hours were invoiced from WorkflowMax.
No. An invoice already issued stays the tax document it is, and creating it again here would make a second document for one supply. Leave, quotes and costs are not imported either.
Clients, jobs and tasks that already exist are matched rather than created again. The same timesheets file cannot be imported twice, because every hour in it would then count twice.
