An architecture practice usually sells a fee by stage and still needs to know what each stage costs. ReliTime bills fixed-fee stages, records every hour inside them, and shows the margin on the job.
Sell a job or a single stage for a fixed fee and bill it in stages, each a percentage of the fee, marked ready by a person when the work is done. A fee billed in full is exactly the fee.

Hours booked to work a fixed fee covers are never billed by the hour, and they still count towards the job’s budget, so a stage running over its time is visible before it is invoiced.

Leave is requested, approved and balanced in the same application as the timesheet, with each person’s own working days.

No. A fixed fee is billed through its stages only. The hours are kept for the budget and the margin, not charged again.
No. Each stage is billed once, and the stages of one fee cannot add up to more than the whole fee.
Nothing. A new rate starts on a date and never overwrites the old one, so re-running an earlier invoice prices it at the rate in force when the work was done.
Yes. Each job carries its own SAC code, and the invoice prints it on every line for that job. A job with none falls back to the organisation’s default, visibly, rather than inheriting one silently.
