Environmental work runs as monitoring rounds, assessments and reports, often for the same client over years. ReliTime keeps the hours, the trips and the rates straight across that time, and bills them as GST invoices.
The weekly grid offers the tasks a person uses most first, copies last week’s rows without copying its hours, and saves only when they say so.

Mileage, nights away and hired equipment are recorded against the job, by unit where that is how they are charged, and approved by somebody other than the claimant before they can be billed.

Leave is requested and approved in the same place as the timesheet, with balances, carry-over and a calendar of who is away, so a monitoring round is not planned on somebody’s day off.

Nothing. A new rate starts on a date and never overwrites the old one, so re-running an earlier invoice prices it at the rate in force when the work was done.
Yes. Each job carries its own SAC code, and the invoice prints it on every line for that job. A job with none falls back to the organisation’s default, visibly, rather than inheriting one silently.
They can, and the leave screen shows an approver where they do, person by person, rather than hiding the difference.
Yes. On a phone the weekly grid shows one day at a time, with buttons sized for one hand.
